The movie is really interesting. Definitely give it a watch if you get the chance!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01259286721266608384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987537870075916012.post-34582423500631900862016-03-06T00:44:45.636-08:002016-03-06T00:44:45.636-08:00PS: I have the app, though! :DPS: I have the app, though! :DNorthern Living Allowancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663851212929175711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987537870075916012.post-86642509467782954362016-03-06T00:43:53.152-08:002016-03-06T00:43:53.152-08:00How funny! I've not seen it yet, but it's made quite an impact on those who have seen it. Quite frankly, I'm enjoying the programme immensely (one more week until we can add sweet back into our diets, and I'm proud to say I haven't cheated once!) but am realistic enough to know that I won't be able to sustain it. However, I will be more thoughtful in my food choices and if I can make good, healthy food choices 80-90% of the time, I will absolutely enjoy a piece of cake once in a while.

You may like to have a look at it out of interest (Australian-based): I Quit Sugar, https://iquitsugar.com/. xxNorthern Living Allowancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663851212929175711noreply@blogger.com
